Whether that means taking a few extra minutes in the morning to put on makeup, heading to the gym daily to keep in shape, clean eating, or taking "me time." Everyone wants to be happy, but not many people contemplate whether or not they really are. Some of us feel too privileged to not be happy, while others don’t want to face the possibility that we might not be.
